Terms of Use
Last updated: March 11, 2026
1. Scope of Service
Xenodia provides infrastructure for AI access and agent operations, including model aggregation, account funding, API access, agent routing, usage records, referral functions, and related user settings. Parts of the service depend on third-party providers such as model vendors, cloud infrastructure, wallet software, payment rails, and authentication providers.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You are responsible for the activity carried out through your account, linked wallet addresses, API keys, and any agent you operate through Xenodia. You must keep credentials and signing authority secure and must not share access in a way that creates unauthorized use or billing risk.
3. Payments, Credits, and Top-Ups
Xenodia may support prepaid balances, wallet-based funding, and Agent-native payment flows such as x402. Top-ups, wallet signatures, and on-chain or payment-rail actions may be irreversible once confirmed. You are responsible for confirming destination addresses, payment amounts, and authorization requests before signing.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Xenodia to violate law, abuse third-party systems, evade rate limits, interfere with service integrity, scrape restricted resources without authorization, distribute malware, commit fraud, or use the platform in ways prohibited by upstream model providers or payment providers. You are also responsible for the behavior of your connected agents.
5. Third-Party Dependencies
Xenodia depends on external providers, including model vendors, Firebase authentication, wallet software, payment infrastructure, and network providers. Availability, latency, model behavior, moderation outcomes, pricing, and payment settlement may be affected by those third parties. We do not control all upstream service behavior.
6. Suspension and Termination
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use creates security, legal, abuse, operational, billing, or provider-compliance risk. We may also suspend specific accounts, API keys, wallet workflows, referral functions, or agents while reviewing suspected misuse.
7. No Warranty
Xenodia is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect uptime, output accuracy, model suitability, payment finality timing, or compatibility with every wallet, chain, model, or agent workflow.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xenodia and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service, including upstream outages, model errors, payment failures, wallet mistakes, agent misuse, or account compromise caused outside our reasonable control.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Xenodia after an updated version is published means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Contact
For legal or policy questions, contact Xenodia through the public channels listed on the site or your operational point of contact.
