1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use Xenodia, we may collect account and authentication data such as email address, Firebase-related identifiers, wallet addresses, API key metadata, usage logs, model request metadata, channel selections, balance and top-up records, referral records, and support or operational messages you send to us.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate users, operate accounts and agents, route requests, process funding and billing, maintain security, prevent abuse, investigate incidents, generate operational logs, support referral features, and improve service reliability and product decisions.
3. Cookies and Local Storage
Xenodia uses essential browser storage for core operation, including sign-in continuity, consent state, and language preference. The cookie banner lets you accept or reject non-essential preference handling, but rejecting does not disable essential cookies required for secure and consistent service behavior.
4. Payments, Wallets, and On-Chain Activity
If you use wallet-linked or Agent-native payment features, we process wallet addresses, top-up amounts, payment status, and related ledger records. Blockchain transactions and some payment events may be visible on public ledgers or external infrastructure outside Xenodia's direct control.
5. Sharing of Information
We may share limited data with service providers and infrastructure partners that help us operate Xenodia, such as authentication providers, cloud hosting, CDN and networking vendors, payment and wallet infrastructure, and model or routing providers where necessary to complete a request. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or enforcement of platform rules.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain security and audit trails, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and support legitimate product and finance operations. Retention periods may differ by data type.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect service data, but no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for protecting your devices, account credentials, wallet access, signing flows, and API keys.
8. International Processing
Xenodia infrastructure and service providers may operate in more than one country. By using the service, you understand that information may be processed in jurisdictions other than your own.
9. Your Choices
You may manage certain account data from the Xenodia interface, including wallet bindings, agents, API keys, referral information, and cookie choices. If you need help regarding privacy requests, use the public contact channels associated with Xenodia.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
